This 65,000 square foot Tenant build out was for Siemens HR Headquarters in Orlando, Florida. The project required the demolition of a former Lockheed Martin Laser Guided Facility, adding 25 tons of HVAC, building out the office space, cafeteria, and secured payroll check printing area. Siemens wanted an open ceiling concept with no overhead electrical. The project required over 150 new electrical/data floor boxes for work the new Dirrt System Partitions.
