Winn Dixie partnered with Newco Construction as a contractor of choice. Newco Construction has developed a unique partnership by collaborating and succeeding in rolling out the rebranding and refreshing of over 1,100 locations throughout the southeast. All work was completed at night while the locations were closed. While all construction has its challenges, ensuring the store was operational and clean to food retail industry standards each morning was not only challenging, but critical, to maintaining sales during the upgrades.
