Newco Construction partnered with Quality Inn to perform multiple renovations of their hotels throughout Central Florida. The scope of the work included complete transformation of the exterior to incorporate a new theme, remolding the lobby to include walkways to the restaurant, pool landscaping and new pool bar, and of course, remolding of all rooms and common areas. All projects were completed while the hotel, restaurants, and bar remained open for business.
